Arrival information - Harmony Park

Entrance/Outing:

Check-in time – from 15:00 h;
Check-out time – until 12:00 h;
Proceed to hotel reception for check-in;
A valid identity card is compulsory for check-in;
Villa keys/room key cards need to be returned at the time of check-out.

It is possible to shift/cancel reservation at least 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. The first cancellation/shifting is free of charge. The second one is charged 25 EUR.

Extra Beds:

Inform us about extra beds at least 1 day before the arrival day;
Cots/cotbeds are available ( 10 EUR);
Hotel extra bed with breakfast and unlimited spa access included- 49.00EUR VII-IV/ 69.00 EUR V-VII);
Villa extra bed – 25.00 EUR/ bedsheets only – 15.00 EUR.

Villa Hot Tubs/ Saunas:

Inform us about hot tub/sauna praparation time before the arrival day;
In case of last-minute reservation, we will contact you about the service praparation time;
Mobile hot tub is available for your comfort (80.00 EUR).

Extra services for villa guests:

Barbeque set is available (grill, sticks/grill grates, fire liquid, wood) – 17.00EUR;
Transport services provided: pick-up/ drop-off/taxi.

*VI–VII it is necessary to reserve spa visit time for villa guests.

Children under the age of 14 are welcome to sauna and water area until 19.00h;
Towels are provided to all visitors.

SPA services:

We highly recommend booking SPA treatments in advance;
Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time of the procedure;
Delays may shorten the duration of the procedure and reduce its effectiveness. Procedures may not be performed if there is a delay of 15 minutes or more without prior warnings.
The treatment can not be cancelled and is fully charged in case its scheduled time is less than 4 hours.

Breakfast is provided every morning 8:30–11:00h;

- V–VI 12:00–23:00*

Free parking lots and underground parking available for hotel guests;
Free parking available next to all villas.
