Complex „HARMONY PARK“ Internal Rules and Regulations
These rules determine the conditions of accommodation, rights and responsibilities of guests of “Harmony Park” complex.
“Harmony Park” is a recreation complex on the territory with a hotel, SPA and water entertainment area, a restaurant, villas, active leisure infrastructure, a stable and spaces for events (hereinafter – the Complex). Each person who has registered for the services of the Complex is considered to be familiar with these rules and is obliged to comply with them and is also obliged to introduce them to the persons arriving together to ensure that they comply with them.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Complex administration has the right to remove guests whose behavior is unsafe or inappropriate, may endanger other guests or the security of the Complex’s property, does not comply with the concept of the recreation complex, is against good morals and other norms of behavior accepted in society and public order. In this case, the money paid by the guest is non-refundable and the guest must pay for all goods and/or services purchased up to the current moment.
1.2. To ensure security, the rooms and common spaces of the Complex are monitored by video cameras 24 hours a day. Armed security is on duty 24 hours a day.
1.3. Quiet time in the Complex is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m
1.4. Smoking is prohibited in all premises of the Complex. A 100 EUR fine is applied to the guest for non fulfilment of this requirement. Smoking is recommended only in specially designated areas.
1.5. In order to ensure security, the employees of the Complex have the right to enter the rooms occupied by the guests without advance warning.
1.6. The administration of the complex is always willing to consider guests’ suggestions in order to improve the quality of the services provided.
1.7. The proposals and complaints of the guests of the complex are considered within the deadlines set during the meetings of the administration and managers.
1.8. Minor repairs of the premises and inventory are allowed to be carried out without disturbing the guests.
1.9. The administration of the complex, having found the left belongings immediately returns them to the owner if possible. Items lost or found in rooms are stored for no longer than 3 months. Items belonging to the guest stored at the hotel may be sent by mail or otherwise transferred if the guest agrees to pay the shipping or other costs of delivery of the item(s).
1.10. If the guest stays for a longer time than the one paid for, he must pay according to the rates valid at that time before leaving.
1.11. The money will not be refunded in case a guest who has paid for the services provided by the Complex has decided not to use them. After leaving the Complex earlier, i.e. if the guest does not stay the entire time, the money for the missed time will not be returned to the guest.
1.12. The staff of the complex is not responsible for children left without adult supervision.
1.13. Guests are directly responsible for the safety of their valuables and other belongings. The Complex is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings left in the common premises or territory of the Complex and/or damage caused to them, while using the services provided by the Complex.
1.14. Guests of the Complex must compensate for damage caused to the property/health of the Complex and/or other persons, which was caused by their own fault or the fault of the persons invited to the Complex, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If guests cannot be accommodated in the room due to damage, the full price of the room is paid during the damage removal period. Damage caused by minor children is the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
1.15. The Administration has the right to deny entry to the Complex and/or remove guests whose behavior is unsafe or inappropriate, may pose a danger to other visitors or the security of the Complex’s property, does not conform to the concept of the Complex, is against good morals and other norms of behavior accepted in society and public order. The administration has the right to remove guests who ignore the warning signs placed on the territory of the Complex, the requirements indicated on the signs, who do not follow the instructions of the staff or otherwise violate the rules of the Complex. In the specified cases, after the guests are removed from the Complex, the money will not be returned or compensated in any other way.
2. Prohibited
2.1. Bringing and keeping any domestic animals (pets) in the hotel rooms is not allowed. Guests with domestic animals (pets) can be received and accommodated only in the villas of the Complex. In the entire territory guests’ pets can only be walked on a leash, it is strictly forbidden to let pets run freely on the territory of the recreation complex. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets to defecate on the decorative plants and flowers. Pet owners must pick up pet’s feces immediately. A fine of EUR 60 is applied for non-compliance with this rule. Clients confirm that they are aware that rodent protection measures are used in the maintenance of the premises and territory, therefore they assume full responsibility for health disorders or damage caused to clients or their pets and agree that the Complex will not be subject to civil liability.
2.2. During quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) it is forbidden to make noise, play loud music or disturb the guests in any other way. It is not allowed to violate public order by any actions. If the guest does not comply with this prohibition and thus disturbs public order and other guests of the Complex, he/she is liable according to the procedure established by law.
2.3. Moving furniture in the rooms/ to other rooms, etc., breaking and damaging the inventory of the Complex is prohibited.
2.4. Store flammable, dangerous, smelly, etc. chemical or other substances, any dangerous devices and materials in the rooms.
2.5. Accommodating more persons in the room than indicated to the administrator of the complex.
2.6. Leave any electrical appliances on standby.
2.7. Leave young children unattended in the room.
2.8. Bringing and keeping life-threatening tools, weapons or other means in the rooms is forbidden.
2.9. Take out the towels, robes and other textiles in the room. The use of blankets, towels and bedding for outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
2.10. Photographing and filming the hotel and other premises, Complex employees and guests without the consent of the Complex administration. Fine – 75 EUR. Prices and conditions for photo sessions are indicated on the website www.harmonypark.lt and at the reception of the hotel.
2.11. Use fireworks, lanterns and other pyrotechnic products on the territory of the complex. Fine – 1000 EUR.
2.12. Insulting and humiliating complex employees is prohibited.
3. Guests’ responsibilities
3.1. Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, environmental fire safety requirements and these rules.
3.2. Follow all the instructions of the Complex staff regarding safety, hygiene, environmental fire safety requirements and compliance with these rules.
3.3. Parents and guardians of minors must ensure the safety of children in the Complex.
3.4. To pay for the provided services according to general regulations.
3.5. To inform the reception about the used minibar service and pay for it upon departure.
3.6. When checking-out, return the room key/card to the receptionist. In case of loss or damage of key/card or electronic bracelet, a fee of 20 EUR is charged.
3.7. If you notice/make damage in the room or villa – immediately report the hotel receptionist.
3.8. 3.8. In case of emergency, guests must first immediately contact the Hotel reception or call the short number (6188).
4. Accommodation
4.1. 4.1. When submitting a reservation to the Hotel, the guest must indicate the number of guests coming to the complex, their contact phone number and e-mail, the category (type) of the desired room or rented premises, the dates of arrival and departure and other desired services.
4.2. The preliminary reservation (request) of complex services can be made by phone or via e-mail. The complex temporarily reserves the ordered services at the guest’s request and indicates the deadline by which the guest must pay 30% advance payment invoice presented to the guest. The reservation of the Complex is considered confirmed only after the Complex receives 30 percent (or another amount specified in the invoice) partial payment for the reserved period. Upon receipt of partial payment for the reserved period, a message is sent to the guests with confirmation of the reservation in the way chosen by the guest – by phone or e-mail. If the guest does not pay the advance for the services by the deadline specified in the advance payment invoice, the temporary reservation is cancelled.
4.3. After receiving the guest’s reservation fee for the reserved services, the Complex confirms the reservation of the provided services by assigning a confirmation number to each reservation. A paid reservation with a confirmation number is considered guaranteed.
4.4. The contract for the provided services is considered concluded when the complex has received and confirmed the reservation for the provided services. An oral agreement between the parties becomes effective only when it is confirmed in writing. The conclusion of the contract for the services provided by the Hotel cancels all previous agreements of the parties regarding the conditions and procedure of the services provided by the Hotel and obligates the parties to fulfill the concluded contract.
4.5. The reservation of complex services can be cancelled no later than 3 full calendar days before the scheduled arrival date (3:00 p.m.). In this case 100 percent of the advance payment received will be returned to the guest. If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 full calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, the received advance payment for the services is considered a direct and unprovable loss of the Complex and the Guest is not refunded or otherwise compensated.
4.6. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out – until 12:00. If possible and upon prior agreement with the reception, guests may be offered a free late check-out (until 13:00) or a late check-out (until 18:00) for an additional fee. If the guest has not informed about the desired later or late departure, the Complex has the right to charge the guest for an extra night in the hotel room or villa.
4.7. Upon check-in, the guest must present a valid identity document at the reception and the guest is provided with a “Guest Registration Card”, which the guest must fill out clearly, accurately and correctly, indicating the name, surname, date of birth, number of valid identity document, phone number, e-mail address, the name, surname, arrival and departure dates of the accompanying adult, accompanying persons, car registration number and to sign.
4.8. Front Desk receptionist:
In order to make sure that the guest has provided accurate personal information in the Guest Registration Form, as well as in order to verify the identity of the holder of the means of payment and determine the validity and legality of the payment or other related transactions, the guest is asked to provide a document confirming the identity of the person and checks the validity of the visa in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.9. In case the room is not vacated until 14.00 h, or when the guest maliciously does not pay for the services provided and does not vacate the room at the request of the administration, the Complex administration reserves the right to move the items in the hotel room or villa to other hotel premises. The complex is not responsible for the security of such moved guest belongings. In such a case, the guest pays the Complex for the storage of items at the price set by the Complex or reimburses the Complex for the costs incurred by him for storing such items. If the guest does not collect the items within 30 days, the guest’s items may be destroyed by the decision of the Complex.
4.10. For all services and goods that the guests of the Complex purchased or used, but for some reason left without paying, the Complex has the right to deduct the corresponding amount for the goods and/or services from the Guest’s credit card or by submitting an invoice. Guests undertake to pay in full for purchased goods and/or services, including after departure.
4.11. A guest who has accumulated more than 500 EUR in the room account must come to the reception and pay for the services. The complex has the right not to provide services to the guest until the guest has paid the amount stipulated in this point.
4.12. Upon arrival at the Complex, guests must pay for the reserved services immediately. Payment can be made in cash (euro currency) or by bank card or bank transfer. If the guest pays for the services with a bank card, he must present the bank card to the administrator of the Complex. When the guest pays for the reserved services by bank transfer, the guest must ensure that the money paid by bank transfer is credited to the Complex’s bank account on the day of his arrival to the Complex. When the guest arrives at the Complex and the money is not credited to the bank account, the Complex’s administration employee has the right to demand that the guest pay for the services in another way specified in this point.
4.13. If the guest leaves the Complex earlier than planned, i.e. does not stay the whole time, the money for the missed time is not refunded.
4.14. In case of refusal or late payment of the reservation fee, the guest is accommodated in the general order of priority.
4.15. The prices of the complex services are published on the website www.harmonypark.lt and at the reception.
4.16. The prices of the services provided by the complex in euros (including VAT), payment procedures and conditions are stipulated in cooperation agreements, individual reservation offers and reservation confirmations, published on the website www.harmonypark.lt, hotel reservation systems and other official advertising and informational materials of the complex. The complex has the right to change services and their prices without prior notice. The price of the Complex services indicated in the reservation confirmation of the Complex services can be changed only by written agreement of the parties.
4.17. One person staying in a room pays the full price of the room. If the guests wishes and if it is possible, additional persons can be accommodated in the rooms for an additional fee set by the Complex.
4.18. If more guests stay in the room or villa than indicated in the reservation confirmation, an additional fee determined by the Complex is paid for each additional guest.
4.19. The guest, using the services provided by the Complex, is responsible for his own safety and health and must comply with the valid general and safety rules. When a guest behaves criminally (in violation of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), the Complex always applies to the relevant competent authorities.
4.20. If the guest wishes to stay in a room or villa of a different category than that specified in the gift voucher or reserved in advance, surcharges are applied according to the prices valid on that day.
4.21. Each guest is responsible for the quality of the food/drinks they bring. The guest is responsible for the consequences of poor food quality.
4.22. The hotel rooms are cleaned every day. In the hotel rooms, towels and bathrobes are changed every day, bed linen every 3 days. In the villas, towels and bed linen are changed every third day. Housekeeping is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or by prior arrangement – at a time convenient for the guest.
4.23. The room with “Do Not Disturb” card on the door is not cleaned.
4.24. The Complex reserves the right not to admit unwanted guests according to the internal rules of the Complex.
4.25. Guests must keep valuables in the hotel room safe. The hotel is not responsible for the guest’s belongings left outside the safe.
5. Catering
5.1. The hotel restaurant working hours are from 12:00 to 23:00, or as presented on the website of the Complex www.harmonypark.lt. The administration reserves the right to adjust the working hours of the restaurant and gastrobar Samana.
5.2. Restaurant breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. In gastrobar Samana – from 9 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The administration reserves the right to adjust the breakfast time. The latest information is available on the website www.harmonypark.lt.
5.3. If the guest leaves before 08:30 a.m., a takeaway breakfast is available upon request. The guest must inform the reception about early departure (before 8:30 a.m.) the day before departure, by 9:00 p.m.
5.4. It is forbidden to enter the restaurant in bathrobes, bathing suits, sportswear, outdoor clothes (coats, jackets, etc.).
5.5. Payment for catering services can be added to the guest room bill only for guests staying in the hotel, others (guests staying in the villas or guests not staying in the Complex) pay for the provided catering services on the spot in the Restaurant.
5.6. Guests are not allowed to take away food from the buffet (BREAKFAST) restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to the room for an additional fee.
5.7. Guests are not allowed to bring their own food and drinks into the restaurant. The complex is not responsible and does not compensate the damage suffered by the guest or other third parties, if the guests or other persons consumed food or beverages not provided by the restaurant.
5.8. A table reservation fee is applied for restaurant reservations when the number of guests is over 5 people. The minimum amount of advance payment, if the customer does not order any snacks, is EUR 20/person. The amount paid in advance is charged to the restaurant’s account. Unused balance is non-refundable. Advance payment for a table reservation may vary depending on the number of guests. If the guest cancels the table reservation less than 48 hours in advance or does not arrive by the date specified in the order, the advance payment is not returned.
6. SPA and water and sauna area
6.1. Guests must pay for the services provided by the spa and water entertainment area at the SPA reception if they are not included in the price of accommodation.
6.2. Persons who have purchased subscriptions to the spa and water entertainment area undertake to comply with the internal rules of the SPA and water area during the entire period of validity of the subscription.
6.3. Guests must wear a bathing suit and appropriate footwear (for use in a wet room).
6.4. Guests wearing flip-flops, overshoes or other footwear protected from possible dirt are admitted to the changing rooms of the spa and water entertainment area, as well as the area of pools and saunas.
6.5. Children under the age of 14 can stay in the pool and sauna area every day until 19:00. The staff has the right to politely ask parents/guardians that after 7:00 p.m. children younger than 14 years old leave the swimming pool and sauna area. Children under the age of 3 must wear special diapers and fins.
6.6. Children under the age of 6 must wear swimming sleeves, inflatable vests or similar swimming equipment.
6.7. For children aged 7-14, we recommend wearing swimming sleeves, inflatable vests or similar swimming equipment.
6.8. Minors and disabled persons are admitted to the spa and water entertainment area only with adults (18 years old) accompanying them, who are fully responsible for the safety, health and life of minors and disabled persons. An adult assumes full responsibility for the behavior of minors and disabled persons in compliance with the rules of the complex, and for the care of the belongings of minors and disabled persons.
6.9. Towels are provided free of charge. Bathrobes for villa guests and outside visitors are rented according to the established rates. When leaving the pool, guests leave the used towels and bathrobes in the laundry boxes at the spa reception.
6.10. The spa administrator issues an individual electronic bracelet to every person who has paid for the services of the spa and water entertainment area or has permission to enter the area. The guest’s electronic wristband allows him to enter and exit the spa and water entertainment area, unlock and lock the individual storage locker in the changing area. People without an electronic wristband are not allowed in the spa and water entertainment area. If the electronic bracelet is lost, a fine of 20 EUR is applied to the guest.
6.11. The guest must wear and use only the electronic bracelet assigned to him.
6.12. When leaving the spa and water entertainment area, the guest must check out and pay for the additional services provided and/or the goods purchased.
6.13. The Complex is not responsible for items and belongings left in the spa storage lockers or changing area.
6.14. Guests are responsible for their own health when using the services of the spa and water entertainment area.
6.15. Guests must keep quiet in the saunas and treatment area.
6.16. A guest who does not comply with the rules of the internal order may be warned or required to leave the spa and water entertainment area immediately. The guest may be fined 100 EUR and banned from visiting the pool and sauna area forever.
6.17. If you are late for the spa treatments, the treatment time will be shortened in parallel with the delay time.
6.18. Some spa treatments require complete undressing. The spa specialist will inform you about this before the procedure. Special disposable bikinis are provided for spa treatments. During many procedures you will be covered with a sheet.
6.19. Before the procedure we recommend that you remove your jewelry so that you do not disturb the specialist and yourself during the procedure.
6.20. The spa specialist will meet you before the procedure in the relaxation area of the spa center and take you to the room where the procedure will be performed. The specialist will present you with procedure, its effectiveness and duration.
6.21. Since the spa has a limited number of places, we recommend that you book services by calling the spa reception in advance.
6.22. Saunas, swimming pools, whirlpools are turned off 10 minutes before the closing time. Visitors must leave the water and sauna area through the exit gate before the end of the official closing hours of the water and sauna area or immediately after being asked by the staff.
6.23. Responsibilities of visitors:
6.23.1. Leave outdoor clothes and outdoor shoes in the lockers located at the spa reception.
6.23.2. Leave clothes and other personal belongings in the changing rooms lockers (men’s or women’s locker rooms). The lockers are locked/unlocked with an electronic bracelet.
6.23.3. In case of failure to lock/unlock the locker, inform the staff.
6.23.4. Take a shower before and after visiting the pool, sauna or hot tub.
6.23.5. Wear swimwear and appropriate shower slippers.
6.23.6. Before going to any sauna, read the information on the sauna door.
6.23.7. Long hair must be tied back or a swimming cap must be worn.
6.23.8. Get in/out of the swimming pools or the built-in bath only in the designated places (steps).
6.23.9. Drinking cocktails /eating ice cream is allowed only at the tables.
6.23.10. In the relaxation area place a towel under the whole body on the sunbeds.
6.23.11. Visitors with medical conditions must ensure that their health condition allows them to use the saunas.
6.23.12. If you feel any health problems, contact the pool staff immediately.
6.23.13. In case of a fire, immediately leave the premises of the swimming pool and sauna area, following the instructions of the pool staff, evacuate according to the evacuation plan.
6.23.14. It is necessary to take a shower before and after using the saunas.
6.23.15. In the saunas (except for the steam room) it is necessary to sit/lay on the towel.
6.23.16. Body scrub salt is used only in the steam room.
6.23.17. Arrive to spa treatment 15 min before the estimated time of the procedure.
6.23.18. Procedures can be canceled 4 hours before the beginning of the procedure. If the procedure is canceled in less than 4 hours, it is considered as completed and the guest is billed for the services.
6.23.19. It is necessary to warn the therapists of the spa center about the health condition, disorders or other ailments.
6.23.20. The staff has the right to remove spa towels and bathrobes left on the loungers longer than 20 min. and put them on a hanger.
6.23.21. A towel must be placed on the loungers under the whole body.
6.23.22. Mobile phones must be turned off in spa, water and sauna area. The guest is fully responsible for the mobile phone (or other devices) and its security.
6.24. Prohibited in the spa and water entertainment area:
6.24.1. Visitors under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances for their own safety or the safety of others. The pool staff has the right to ask out guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances without compensation of the paid entrance fee.
6.24.2. Visitors suffering from infectious, viral or other contagious diseases, as well as persons with open wounds and/or other medical conditions that may endanger the health and/or life of the person himself or other guests.
6.24.3. Pets are not allowed in spa and water entertainment area.
6.24.4. Move chairs, loungers or tables around the pool and sauna area.
6.24.5. Bringing in drinks and food. 50 EUR fine is applied for the violation of this rule.
6.24.6. Urinating, defecating or otherwise contaminating the water, littering in the changing rooms and other spa and water entertainment areas. A fine of 150 – 250 EUR is applied.
6.24.7. Smoking is forbidden. 50 EUR fine is applied for the violation of this rule.
6.24.8. Bring glass containers into the pool and sauna area.
6.24.9. Jumping into the water from the edges of the pool, running, climbing various structures, making noise, falsely calling for help, ignoring the warnings of the pool supervisor.
6.24.10. Swimming in a disorderly manner, interfering with other visitors.
6.24.11. Children under the age of 3 cannot swim in the pool without special diapers (the institution reserves the right to impose a fine or demand to cover the damage caused by the disruption of the work and cleaning of the pool).
6.24.12. Filming or taking photographs of employees and guests without their consent.
6.24.13. Baby strollers are not allowed in spa and water entertainment area.
6.24.14. Bringing and using personal cosmetics and hygiene products in the spa and water entertainment area (eg: shaving, depilation products, using masks, scrubs). A fine of EUR 50 is applied.
6.25. Prohibited in the saunas:
6.25.1. Bring and use your own infusions, extracts and sauna whisks. A 50 EUR fine is applied;
6.25.2. Put water on the stones. 50 EUR fine is applied for the violation of this rule.
6.25.3. Use cosmetic products.
6.25.4. Change the parameters of sauna devices.
7. Transport
7.1. Free parking is available for hotel guests in the outdoor and underground parking lots. It is forbidden to park cars with gas equipment in the underground parking lot.
7.2. It is required to park the vehicle in special parking lots. Parking on the green lawn is not allowed.
7.3. Motor and mechanical vehicles can only be parked in specially designated areas. Otherwise, a fine of 100 EUR is applied for each violation.
7.4. During the events, parking rules and prices are set by the Complex administration.
7.5. The guest is responsible for the damage caused by his vehicle and its compensation. A fine of EUR 30 is applied to the guest for each case of damage caused (e.g. left oil stains).
8. Leisure activities
8.1. Guests must pay for using leisure equipment no later than before starting to use it.
8.2. When renting leisure equipment, the guest must sign the Use Agreement, which is handed by the receptionist of the Complex.
8.3. When using the rented equipment, horseback riding, bicycles, water entertainment, swimming and using other similar services, the guest takes care of his own safety and that of his guests. In case of an accident, the guest bears all responsibility. The guest has no right or reason to demand any responsibility or compensation from the Complex.
8.4. There are deep water bodies on the territory of the complex and not all of them are suitable for swimming. Information about water bodies is provided at the reception of the Complex.
8.5. Guests who notice technical malfunctions and/or damage to leisure equipment must not use them and immediately report the observed technical malfunctions and/or damage to the reception staff. Use of damaged equipment is prohibited. Otherwise, the guest is liable to the owners of the equipment, guests or other third parties for the damage caused due to the use of the damaged inventory.
8.6. Fishing in the ponds on the territory of the complex is possible only for staying guests who have paid at the reception according to the established rates.
8.7. Tents can be pitched on the territory of the Complex only in the places specified by the staff of the Complex. All rules of the Complex apply to camping residents.
8.8. Guests must handle fire safely – make fires only in specially equipped fire pits. Always take care of the lit bonfire, and after burning, carefully fill the campfire with soil or water until it completely stops smoldering.
9. Fire security
9.1. In case of a fire, the guest must:
9.1.1. Immediately report the case to the Complex’s reception, tel. 6188 or +370 650 98012 and the fire rescue service at tel. 112;
9.1.2. Leave the dangerous area and act according to the instructions of the Complex staff or the fire rescue service.
9.1.3. All rooms have plans of the corresponding floor and room evacuation diagrams, which indicate the location of the room and the nearest evacuation exits. The guest must leave his room after closing the windows and doors; if the corridors and staircases are smoky and it is impossible to leave the premises, stay in the room and open the windows wide. A tightly closed door can protect against dangerous temperatures for a long time. In order not to be poisoned by smoke, the guest is recommended to cover the cracks and channels of the ventilation system with water-moistened towels or bedding;
9.1.4. Try to inform the staff about your location by phone or other possible means;
9.1.5. When firefighters arrive at the scene, go to the window and call for help.
10. Safety requirements of using a fireplace stove in villas
10.1. It is strictly forbidden to:
10.1.1. Start a fire with flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene, acetone, etc.).
10.1.2. Keep fireplace doors open.
10.1.3. Entrust the care of the fire to young children.
10.1.4. Place or store any objects on the fireplace.
10.1.5. Use it without the ash box.
10.1.6. Leave a burning fireplace unattended.
10.1.7. Burn household items, textiles, plastic (disposable dishes), toilet paper, etc.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. A guest who has caused damage to the complex, guests’ property and/or health is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Damage caused by minors is the responsibility of their parents or guardians. The amount of damage caused to the Complex by guests or persons invited by them is determined by the Complex administration.
11.2. The administration of the complex does not examine the guest’s claims and is not responsible for the material and/or non-material damage suffered by the guest, if the guest did not comply with the requirements and/or recommendations of these rules.
11.3. Regarding the responsibility of “Harmony Park” and non-performance of the provided services, when determining the circumstances of force majeure, the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 1996-07-15 No. 840 provisions, as well as Article 6.212 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania is applied.
