SPA etiquette

  • Hotel guests are asked to wear bathrobes when coming to the SPA center.
  • Do not wear jewellery, leave it in your room or in the changing room.
  • Do not leave valuable items in the bathrobe pockets.
  • Take a warm shower before body treatments to relax and make the procedure even more pleasant.
  • Avoid shaving or depilation on a day of treatment, especially if you are planning to have a body scrub. Used substances can irritate your skin.
  • It is recommended to come to treatments without any makeup.
  • Men should avoid shaving at least two hours before a facial treatment.
  • Inform the therapist about contact lenses, dentures, braces, implants or long-term injectable procedures you have had before a facial treatment starts.
  • Turn off mobile phones to avoid distractions during the SPA procedure.
  • It is not recommended to start a treatment with an empty stomach. Have a meal one hour before a procedure.

  • SPA guests who have not booked accommodation services are provided with bathrobes and slippers and escorted to the dressing room before the treatment starts.
  • The use of SPA services is not allowed after using alcoholic beverages.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and SPA environment.
  • If you have a cold, fever or feel unwell you should refrain from SPA procedures for your safety and the safety of our staff. Please inform us in advance.
  • You must inform in a case of pregnancy as our specialists will choose the appropriate procedure for mothers-to-be.
  • In case of certain skin and nail conditions the SPA staff may refuse to perform procedures.
  • Please do not leave your children unattended in the SPA center.
  • Glassware and bottles are not allowed in the SPA center for everyone’s safety.

  • Come to a SPA center at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. This will allow you to relax and to change your clothes without rushing. Please note that the procedure time includes preparation time, so punctuality will help everyone make the most of the time and experience positive emotions. Delays may shorten the duration of the procedure and reduce its effectiveness. Procedures may not be performed if there is a delay of 15 minutes or more without prior warnings.
  • At the beginning of the treatment inform the SPA staff about your health conditions that may affect the procedure (allergies, recent surgeries, medications, etc.), so that the specialist can safely perform the procedures. Not all treatments are suitable for everyone.
  • Disposable bikini bottoms are provided for SPA procedures. If you prefer to wear your own underwear, keep in mind that it may be damaged by the products used.
  • Please inform us about the treatment cancellation as early as possible (one day before in case of cancelling one procedure, two days before when cancelling two or more procedures). This will be helpful in order to respect everybody’s time. Thank you on behalf of the therapists, administrators and other SPA center guests!

After the procedure, we invite you to relax and enjoy the tranquility in the rest room while having herbal tea or water.

We wish you pleasant SPA sensations!
