Rules of Purchasing


PURCHASE OH GOODS

  1. Seller – SSPC REAL ESTATE UAB, company code: 300573857, address: Islandijos pl. 32B, LT-47446 Kaunas, (hereinafter – the Seller) on the website https://www.harmonypark.lt/spa/spa-prekes/ presents the range of goods and indicates the price of the goods. The price does not include the cost of delivery.
  2. Buyer – an able-bodied adult or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) selects the desired product and after paying the specified price of the product, purchases the desired product and chooses the method of delivery of the product.
  3. The product is purchased by paying the full price of the product immediately before the product is delivered.
  4. The Seller transfers the goods to the courier, sends them or gives them to the Buyer personally after the money for the goods is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
  5. If the Buyer has chosen to pay in cash or by bank card to the courier delivering the goods, the goods are handed over to the parcel delivery service DPD after the order is confirmed.
  6. Before confirming the order, the Buyer must familiarize himself with and confirm that he has read these rules and the Personal Data Processing Rules/Privacy Policy.

 
DELIVERY

  1. The delivery of goods is paid by the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by him.
  2. The ordered goods are delivered via DPD Pickup, when submitting the order, the selected DPD Pickup terminal to which the goods are sent is indicated in the notes. Delivery time 2-5 days.
  3. In case there is no DPD Pickup terminal in the Buyer’s city, the delivery address is indicated, and the product is delivered via the parcel service. Delivery time 2-5 days.
  4. If the buyer wants to pay in cash or by card to the courier delivering the goods, the buyer must choose delivery only by courier.
  5. Shipping of goods abroad is coordinated individually.


WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

  1. If a violation of the package of the package is detected, the Buyer must take a photo of the damaged package without opening the package and inform the Seller about this as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 days of receiving the package by e-mail spa@harmonypark.lt. by transmitting visual material.
  2. Upon detection of discrepancy(s) in the quantity, quality, assortment of the goods in the shipment, the Buyer informs the Seller by e-mail at spa@harmonypark.lt. The order number and the reason for the request must be indicated in the letter.
  3. After determining the fact of sending goods of inappropriate quality, the Seller pays the return costs and sends the ordered goods as soon as the returned goods are received.
  4. It should be noted that high-quality cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned – the legal basis is the 2001 Law of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. June 11 Resolution no. 697 “On approval of retail trade rules” and Article 6.362, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. 
  5. When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
    • the returned product must be in the original, neat packaging, unless the packaging is damaged before delivery to the Buyer;
    • the item must be unopened and otherwise undamaged by the Buyer;
    • the product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.);
    • the returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer.
